I have a passion for helping others in whatever state of motherhood they are (trying to conceive, pregnant, labor, and after). My goal is to help you be rested, well-nourished, and comfortable, so you can focus on getting to know your baby.

  • Cooking nourishing foods
  • Household maintenance
  • Breastfeeding support
  • Babywearing support
  • Elimination Communication support

  • Emotional support

Consultation ($50 per hour)

Overwhelmed by all the decisions you have to make for yourself and your baby? I can help you sort through your choices and provide you with evidence-based research for all perspectives so you can decide which path is best for yours and your baby’s well-being.

Virtual Services

I offer all my services virtually as well, no matter where you are in the world. If you are looking for continuous support but aren’t sure about having another person in the room with you while giving birth, this option is for you. Additionally, if the place you are giving birth has restrictions on how many people you can have present, we can arrange for virtual support during labor.

I am now offering virtual perinatal support for mothers interested in an animal-based/carnivore journey. This includes fertility, pregnancy, breastfeeding/postpartum period, baby-led weaning, and feeding toddlers & children. Please contact me if you’re interested in this service.

Massage & Doula Support

If you are interested in combining massage with doula support, we can discuss a package deal for that as well.

Other things I’m passionate about

Support doesn’t have to end with newborn care or the common 6-month period which modern medicine deems the end of the postpartum period. There will always be questions and new obstacles throughout your child’s development as well as your transformation as a mother. You may feel that you have a good routine going, and are finally feeling comfortable with this new life in your home, when all of a sudden your baby throws you another curveball. Maybe your baby hit a new milestone that you weren’t expecting – like early teething or resisting naps. Or maybe your baby is ready for solids but you’re not. There are so many different recommendations for what, how, and when to start feeding your baby real food. I can help you sift through the various options and make a decision that best suits you and your family.

  • Baby-led feeding
  • Nutrition for fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum
  • Fertility awareness
  • Animal-based nutrition

We are the only species of mammal that doubts our ability to give birth. It’s profitable to scare women about birth. But let’s stop it. I tell women: Your body is not a lemon.

About Me

My name is Rotem Weisman. I grew up in New Jersey and moved to Israel when I was 17 to serve in the IDF. I moved back to the States with my husband in 2018 and completed my associate’s in Health Science, as well as getting licensed as an EMT. We settled in Richmond, Maine in 2020. I gave birth to our first son in 2021. My pregnancy and birth sparked a passion to help other parents have healthy and less stressful experiences.
I completed the DONA Birth Doula workshop with Birthing Gently in February 2022, and the CAPPA Postpartum Doula workshop with Hip to Heart in March 2023. I received my Doula Certification from ProDoula in November 2024.
I got licensed as a massage therapist in July 2024 and am also certified in Lymphatic Drainage. I incorporate both these skills when supporting pregnant and postpartum mothers.
